Fixer Buddy
Every engineer gets their own AI buddy.
Tap the robot and the engineer has an agent that knows the job, scoped to exactly what you let them do. It speaks to the same tools the office uses, from the field.
Text the customer
"Let Mrs Robinson know I'm 10 minutes away." The buddy sends the SMS to the job's customer and reads their replies back into the chat.
Quote and invoice
Add a charge, raise the invoice, send it, if you've given that engineer the financial permission. If not, the tools simply aren't there.
Knows the day
