We build and host a landing page carrying your logo and colours, in 18 languages, at its own web address. Nothing for you to maintain.
Your customers sign up through your page or referral link. Every signup is attributed to you and visible in your partner console.
You earn an agreed share of the net subscription revenue from every business you refer, for as long as they stay a paying customer.
The deal. You refer businesses to FixTrade. When a business you referred signs up and pays for a subscription, you earn a commission. The commission rate is agreed with you before your partnership goes live and is shown in your partner console.
What commission is calculated on. Commission is a percentage of the net subscription revenue FixTrade receives from your referred businesses: the amount excluding VAT and after any refunds. It is not charged on top of your customer's price, and their pricing is the same as everyone else's.
How the money flows. Your referred businesses pay FixTrade directly for their subscriptions. You never collect or handle their money. Commission accrues to your partner account each time one of their invoices is paid. On your payout schedule, accrued commission above the minimum threshold is bundled into a payout and transferred to your bank account.
Invoices and VAT. Every payout comes with a statement. If you are UK VAT-registered, payouts are handled by self-billing: we issue the VAT invoice on your behalf, with VAT added, once you have accepted the self-billing agreement in your console. If you are not VAT-registered, no VAT applies to your commission. If you are outside the UK, your commission is normally subject to the reverse charge in your own country.
Attribution. Signups are attributed to you when a business uses your referral page or link. Attribution and commission continue for as long as the referred business keeps its subscription and your partnership remains live.
Ending the partnership. Either side can end the partnership with notice. Commission already accrued is still paid out on the normal schedule.
This summary is provided for convenience and is not tax or legal advice. The binding partner agreement is issued before your partnership goes live, and the English version prevails.
