An agent connects as a user and inherits exactly that user's permissions. It cannot see another shop's data, and it cannot do anything the person could not do themselves.

- Tenant isolated. Your workspace data never crosses to another shop.
- Standard transport. Plain MCP over a secure connection, no custom SDK.
