Do I need to be technical to use FixTrade?
No. You launch a workspace, set your prices, and take bookings. If you want to go further, you can connect the AI agent you already use to run the admin for you.
What is property lookup?
A customer enters their postcode and FixTrade finds the property and confirms you cover it, then shows only the services you offer there at your prices. It converts far better than asking a customer to describe the job.
Do I have to maintain the materials catalogue?
No. The manufacturers, ranges and product data are maintained centrally for the whole network. You only set your own stock and prices on top.
Can I use my own AI agent?
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol. Your agent does the thinking on your account, and FixTrade spends no AI on your behalf.
How do customers find me?
Your storefront publishes the services you cover and the postcodes you travel to. Call-outs stay inside the radius you set; drop-off customers see how far they are before they book.
Do I take payment online?
Yes. Card payments run through a trusted processor and settle to your account. Card details never touch your servers.
Does it work for call-outs as well as drop-off work?
Both. Each option is priced and scheduled separately, and call-outs are routed by distance so engineers drive less and do more.
What does it cost?
